Tons.
You've also got a style that people love.
My critique: Clean it up a little. In animation studios, they have a whole team just for polishing the animation.
There are a lot of parts of your movie that looks somewhat unfinished, could be smoother, or could just be better drawn or shaded.
Take it easy on motion tweens. I used to have a major problem with this and am trying to cut down.
I'd also recommend paying more attention to the details. The hands especially. Make decent hands, and it brings up the quality a ton. Other things could also have a little more attention.
It seems very thrown together.
I hope you don't take that massive amount of critism negatively or anything.
I thought you have fantastic skills. They just need to be a little more refined.

Do you know what happens to a toad when it gets struck by lightning?
The same thing that happens to everything else.
-Halle Barry as Storm (X-men)
I think the biggest problems with this animation is that the frame rate is too slow, (its only 12 fps), I rely too heavily on pre-made symbols, and as you mentioned, motion tweens. More detailed/refined drawings is something that's sure to come with practice. I will hone my skills! Yesh indeed.
I've already started working on a couple animations that are looking a lot nicer than this one. They're gonna be a lot shorter though.
