This is the not funny police. He hates unfunny things. If you're ever being too unfunny he will break into your house and pop a cap in yo ass.

He may appear randomly in my cartoons to reprehend people for not being funny enough. The funniest thing about him however is that he has no sense of humor, haha.

Also he has a siren on his head that goes weewoo.
